Our Pastor

Apostle Layla M. Caldwell is the founder and senior pastor of Agape Outreach Ministries, Inc.  The ministry was birthed from a small women's prayer group that held weekly meetings at a local Y.M.C.A. in North Tulsa, OK.  Currently, she oversees a dynamic preaching and teaching ministry, and has demonstrated God's power throughout the country with her one-of-a-kind prophetic deliverance ministry.  Apostle Caldwell loves God's people and never meets a stranger, so it's no surprise that she's a spiritual mother to many.  She continues to honor the legacy of her late husband of over 50 years—Pastor Charles L. Caldwell. She is also mom to three daughters, "MIL" to one son-in-law, and "Gramz" to three granddaughters.
